Do I need to Be Fit To Be a Coach?

You don’t need to be a fitness expert or nutrition expert to be a coach. You don’t even need to be fit yourself from day one. Believe me I wasn't fit when I first started coaching! If you're merely a month or two into your fitness journey, then you definately already know a lot more than someone sitting at home on their couch!
